Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Administrative Secretary to join our team in London. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of our office operations, providing essential administrative support to various departments.

Responsibilities

  • Scheduling and managing the Operations Manager's calendar.
  • Facilitating communication among team members and departments.
  • Preparing detailed reports and presentations for meetings.
  • Maintaining accurate records and documents.
  • Coordinating travel arrangements and itineraries for staff members.
  • Managing departmental budgets and assisting with financial reporting.
  • Performing data entry tasks and maintaining databases.
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Handling confidential information with discretion.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience as an Administrative Secretary or similar role.
