Job Description

As a File Clerk, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our documents are managed efficiently and accurately. Your responsibilities will include organizing, sorting, and maintaining both physical and digital files while ensuring utmost confidentiality.

Responsibilities

  • Organise and maintain both physical and electronic filing systems.
  • Support the team in retrieving documents efficiently.
  • Conduct regular checks to ensure compliance with filing protocols.
  • Assist in training new staff on file management systems.
  • Implement a digital filing strategy to transition from paper to electronic systems.
