Job Description

We're on the lookout for a dedicated Virtual Assistant to support our operations. In this role, you will handle a range of administrative tasks, from managing schedules to communicating with clients. The ideal candidate is well-organised, has excellent communication skills, and can adapt to a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Organise and maintain office supplies and inventory.
  • Assist in the preparation of budgets and expense reports.
  • Manage social media accounts and communications.
  • Conduct research and compile data for reports.
  • Provide support in onboarding new employees.

Requirements

Education
  • Diploma in Office Administration or relevant field
Experience
  • Previous experience in a virtual assistant role preferred
