Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated IT Support Technician to join our dynamic team in Glasgow. The successful candidate will provide first-class technical support, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and ensure the smooth operation of IT services across the company.

Responsibilities

  • Provide ongoing support to ensure all IT services are operational.
  • Conduct routine hardware and software audits.
  • Assist in developing training materials for end-users.
  • Work with vendors to resolve issues related to software and hardware.
  • Perform troubleshooting on network devices and systems.
  • Engage in continuous learning to stay abreast of new technologies.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Additional IT certifications are advantageous
Experience
  • 2+ years of relevant IT experience in a similar role
