Responsibilities

• Design engaging user experiences for web and mobile applications.
• Implement usability testing and provide actionable insights.
• Present design solutions to stakeholders and incorporate feedback.
• Document design processes and decisions for future reference.
• Mentor junior designers and contribute to their professional growth.
• Utilise analytics tools to assess the performance of design changes.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (Human-Computer Interaction, Design, etc.)
• Master's degree in UX design or similar is a plus

Experience

• 4+ years of hands-on UX design experience

Technical Skills

• Wireframing
• Usability Testing

Soft Skills

• Critical Thinking
• Adaptability

Certifications

• Nielsen Norman Group UX Certification
• Interaction Design Foundation Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience in Agile environments: Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools.
• Knowledge of design thinking principles: Ability to apply design thinking to problem-solving.
