Job Description

As a Brownfield Program Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the successful execution of various brownfield development projects. Your responsibilities will include ensuring compliance with industry standards, managing budgets, and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver projects on time.

Responsibilities

  • Implement and manage health and safety protocols in project execution.
  • Evaluate project outcomes and recommend improvements.
  • Collaborate with regulatory bodies to ensure compliance and reporting.
  • Manage project budgets, tracking expenses and reporting variances.
  • Enhance stakeholder engagement through regular updates and consultations.
  • Utilise project management software to track progress and manage resources.
  • Assist in the preparation of environmental assessments and reports.
  • Train and mentor junior staff involved in project implementation.
  • Review and approve project documentation for quality assurance.
  • Drive initiatives for sustainability and ecological considerations in projects.

Requirements

Education
  • Master's degree is an advantage
  • PMP or PRINCE2 certification preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years in managing brownfield redevelopment projects.
