The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing event logistics and ensuring seamless execution of events from start to finish. You will collaborate closely with clients and team members, utilising strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage all logistical aspects of events, ensuring smooth operations.
• Collaborate with team members to deliver high-quality events.
• Develop and track event budgets, providing financial reports.
• Liaise with vendors and suppliers to negotiate contracts.
• Prepare event materials and manage attendee registration.
• Conduct research to find new venues and event locations.
• Create and distribute event agendas and timelines.
• Provide on-site support during events, troubleshooting any issues.
• Gather feedback from clients and participants for continuous improvement.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality or related field
• Relevant certifications in event planning is a plus

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in event coordination or operations
