Responsibilities

• Lead e-commerce initiatives from conception to execution while ensuring seamless integration across all platforms.
• Work with UX/UI designers to develop user-friendly web layouts that enhance shopping experiences.
• Oversee email marketing strategies and ensure effective customer segmentation.
• Conduct regular training sessions for team members on e-commerce tools and best practices.
• Evaluate and recommend new technologies to enhance business operations.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field
• Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) is an advantage

Experience

• 5+ years of experience managing online retail or e-commerce systems
