Job Description

We're seeking a skilled and dedicated Radiology Technician to join our healthcare team in Carlisle. You will be responsible for performing imaging procedures and ensuring patient comfort while facilitating accurate diagnoses.

Responsibilities

• Execute imaging procedures while minimizing patient risks.
• Assist patients in positioning for optimal imaging results.
• Perform regular equipment checks and maintenance.
• Contribute to departmental audits and compliance activities.
• Engage in patient follow-ups as necessary.
• Participate in departmental meetings to discuss operational improvements.
• Mentor junior staff and interns as required.

Requirements

Education

• Associate's degree in Radiologic Technology
• Bachelor's degree in Health Sciences is an advantage

Experience

• 3+ years of practical experience in radiology

Technical Skills

• MRI and CT Scanning
• Radiologic Equipment Operation

Soft Skills

• Interpersonal Skills
• Organizational Skills

Certifications

• Certified Radiology Technologist (CRT)
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR): Experience with EMR systems for accurate patient documentation.
• Training in patient safety protocols: Knowledge of safety practices in imaging environments.
