Responsibilities

• Perform regular maintenance on sewing machines to ensure optimal performance.
• Communicate with team leads regarding production schedules and ensure timelines are met.
• Train new operators on sewing techniques and machine use as needed.
• Work collaboratively to streamline production processes and improve efficiency.
• Document any issues encountered during production and propose solutions.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Certificate in Fashion/Textiles preferred

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in sewing or garment production is preferred.

• Pattern cutting

Languages

• English: Fluent
