We are seeking a passionate Physical Therapist to join our Luton team. The ideal candidate will work closely with patients to develop treatment plans that promote mobility, strength, and overall health. You’ll be part of a collaborative team focused on delivering outstanding patient care.

Responsibilities

• Assess and document patients' progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
• Teach patients exercises to improve their functional mobility.
• Encourage patients to adhere to their rehabilitation goals.
• Collaborate with other therapists and health professionals to ensure optimal patient care.
• Participate in continuing education and professional development.
• Ensure safety and cleanliness in the therapy environment.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy
• Postgraduate qualifications preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of clinical experience

Technical Skills

• Physical Rehabilitation Techniques
• Patient Assessment

Soft Skills

• Motivational Skills
• Team Collaboration

Certifications

• Certified Physical Therapist
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with Sports Rehabilitation: Background in treating sports injuries and rehabilitation.
• Familiarity with Paediatric Therapy: Experience in providing therapy to children and adolescents.
