Job Description

As a Foot Setter, you will be tasked with accurately positioning customers' feet in various footwear items. This role requires meticulous attention to detail and the ability to use specialized tools to ensure optimal fit and comfort for our clients.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough foot measurements to identify customers' fitting needs.
• Utilize foot-setting machinery and tools effectively.
• Document customer preferences and shoe fitting specifications.
• Assist in training new staff on foot-setting techniques.
• Monitor customer satisfaction and ensure repeat business.
• Engage with customers politely and answer their questions regarding footwear.
• Report any issues with footwear quality or fitting to the management.
• Ensure adherence to health and safety protocols within the workspace.
• Prepare reports on customer fittings for analysis.
• Upkeep the cleanliness of tools and equipment used in the foot-setting process.

Requirements

Education

• Preferred experience in customer-facing roles or retail.

Experience

• Knowledge of different types of footwear and their fitting requirements is advantageous.

Technical Skills

• Knowledge of foot measurement techniques

Soft Skills

• Problem-solving skills

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Certification in foot measurement techniques.: Official training received related to proper foot measurement.
• Previous experience in a customer-facing role.: Experience with direct customer interactions and service.
