We are seeking an experienced Hospitality Manager to oversee our hotel's operations in York. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring outstanding guest service, managing staff, and maintaining high standards across all departments.
Responsibilities
Lead daily operations while ensuring a high standard of guest service.
Conduct staff meetings to improve engagement and communication.
Monitor financial performance and implement corrective action when necessary.
Maintain relationships with guests, ensuring their requests are met effectively.
Review and analyse hospitality trends to adapt operations as needed.
Promote team culture and enhance employee morale.
Establish and manage a quality assurance program.
Develop and implement staff scheduling to ensure optimal coverage.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
Additional certifications in hospitality are an advantage

5+ years of experience in a leadership role within the hospitality industry
