Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Systems Analyst Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analysing, designing, and implementing complex systems and applications, ensuring their efficiency and functionality. You will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications, while also conducting user training and support.

Responsibilities

  • Analyse existing systems and processes to identify areas for improvement.
  • Design and develop new systems and applications based on business requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and define system requirements.
  • Create technical documentation, including system specifications, user manuals, and test plans.
  • Perform system testing and debugging to ensure functionality and user satisfaction.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for systems and applications.
  • Implement security measures to protect system integrity and data.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends.
  • Train end-users on system usage and best practices.
  • Ensure compliance with best practices and regulatory standards.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
  • Master's degree in a relevant field is advantageous
Experience
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in systems analysis, design, and implementation is required.
