Job Description

As an IT Support Manager at Tech Innovations, you will oversee a team responsible for providing exceptional IT support to our clients. This role requires a combination of technical expertise and managerial skills to ensure our clients receive timely and effective assistance. You'll be instrumental in developing strategies that enhance service delivery while maintaining high standards.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor the IT support team to deliver excellent service.
  • Create and manage support documentation and FAQs.
  • Ensure prompt resolution of technical issues affecting clients.
  • Manage budgeting for the IT support department.
  • Establish relationships with vendors for software and hardware support.
  • Continuously assess and improve IT support processes and workflows.
  • Perform regular quality assurance checks on support services.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or relevant field
  • Certifications in IT management are preferred
Experience
  • 5-7 years in IT support roles, with significant management experience
