Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Material Moving Worker to manage the operation of spooling machinery within our textile manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on quality control and inventory management.
Responsibilities
Monitor and adjust spooling machines as necessary to ensure peak performance.
Assist in training new staff on spooling equipment and quality control processes.
Report any machinery malfunctions to the maintenance team promptly.
Conduct quality checks and document findings in production reports.
Participate in team meetings to discuss production goals and efficiency improvements.
Requirements
Education
High school diploma or equivalent
Experience
Previous experience in spooling or manufacturing processes is advantageous.
