Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Material Moving Worker to manage the operation of spooling machinery within our textile manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on quality control and inventory management.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and adjust spooling machines as necessary to ensure peak performance.
• Assist in training new staff on spooling equipment and quality control processes.
• Report any machinery malfunctions to the maintenance team promptly.
• Conduct quality checks and document findings in production reports.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss production goals and efficiency improvements.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Previous experience in spooling or manufacturing processes is advantageous.
