Job Description

We are seeking a talented and creative Clothes Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for fashion and a keen eye for detail. As a Clothes Designer, you will be responsible for creating innovative and trendy clothing designs that align with market trends and customer preferences.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and refine innovative clothing ideas and designs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product offerings.
  • Ensure all designs align with brand identity and target market.
  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
  • Utilize computer-aided design (CAD) software for detailed technical specifications.
  • Engage in continuous learning about sustainable materials and practices.
  • Provide support during the production process to ensure adherence to designs.
  • Liaise with suppliers for sourcing fabrics and materials.
  • Create seasonal collections that are fashionable and market-appropriate.
  • Participate in design reviews and critique sessions to foster team creativity.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or a related field
  • Master's degree in Fashion Management or a related field is advantageous
Experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in a clothing design role.
