Job Description

As a Pharmacy Technician at Pharma Solutions Ltd., you'll be a vital part of our team, responsible for assisting pharmacists in preparing and dispensing medications. You'll play a key role in providing excellent patient care and support in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare medications for dispensing according to established policies.
• Educate patients about prescribed medications and health management.
• Assist in the implementation of pharmacy programs and initiatives.
• Manage the preparation of sterile and non-sterile medications as required.
• Participate in audits and inspections to ensure compliance.
• Assist with training of new staff members.

Requirements

Education

• NVQ Level 2 in Pharmacy Services or equivalent
• Prior experience in retail pharmacy setting is an advantage

Experience

• 2+ years experience in pharmacy or healthcare

Technical Skills

• Pharmacy software
• Medication assessment

Soft Skills

• Time management
• Problem-solving

Certifications

• Pharmacy Technician Registration
• First Aid Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience in hospital pharmacy: Prior experience working in a hospital pharmacy setting.
