Job Description

We are searching for a skilled Sports Physiologist to join our team in Wrexham. In this role, you will assess athletes' performance and design tailored training and rehabilitation programs to enhance their physical abilities and recovery times.

Responsibilities

• Assess the physical condition of athletes using various evaluation techniques.
• Create tailored training plans that enhance performance and aid recovery.
• Work as part of a multidisciplinary team to promote athlete health.
• Use data analytics to inform training decisions and athlete progress.
• Lead workshops and training sessions on sports performance topics.
• Develop recovery strategies that align with performance goals.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Sports Science, Physiology, or related field
• PhD is an advantage

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in sports physiology or related role
