Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team in Belfast. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately entering and managing data, supporting administrative tasks, and ensuring data integrity across our systems.

Responsibilities

  • Enter, review, and verify data entries for accuracy.
  • Maintain data entry standards and improve procedures as necessary.
  • Assist in developing training materials for new team members.
  • Manage multiple data entry tasks simultaneously without losing focus.
  • Provide administrative support for projects involving data management.
  • Perform data backups and ensure system security measures are followed.
  • Engage in team meetings to discuss data-related strategies.
  • Document any discrepancies and report to the supervisor.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
Experience
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
