Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Coater Operator to join our production team. The Coater Operator will be responsible for operating and maintaining coating machinery, ensuring the production of high-quality coated materials while adhering to safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently operate blending machinery for multiple product materials.
• Ensure accurate adjustments are made for each coating process.
• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on equipment.
• Document production outputs and maintain quality standards.
• Communicate effectively with team members to resolve production challenges.
• Support the training of new operators on machinery and processes.
• Maintain strict adherence to safety protocols and procedures.
• Monitor inventory levels of coating materials and report discrepancies.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with quality control teams to meet product specifications.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Technical certifications or vocational training in machine operation or related field is preferred

Experience

• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in operating coating machinery in a manufacturing environment.
