We are seeking a skilled Mold Filler to join our dynamic manufacturing team in Birmingham. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately filling molds with materials, ensuring consistent quality throughout the production process, and maintaining a safe and organized workspace.

Responsibilities

• Fill molds accurately while following detailed instructions.
• Keep the workspace tidy and fully stocked with required materials.
• Check and prepare molds prior to filling to ensure readiness.
• Track the filling process to maintain high-quality output.
• Utilize machinery effectively to perform filling tasks.
• Assist in identifying and solving any operational issues.
• Work closely with colleagues to innovate and optimize workflows.
• Follow all safety regulations and practices consistently.
• Perform quality checks on finished pieces to detect defects.
• Maintain detailed logs for each mold filling operation.
