Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Caster Operator to join our dedicated manufacturing team. The Caster Operator will be responsible for operating and maintaining casting machinery to produce high-quality products. This role requires strong attention to detail, technical expertise, and commitment to safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate casting machines according to production requirements.
• Monitor the casting process, detect any abnormalities, and make appropriate adjustments.
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of casting machines to ensure optimal performance.
• Inspect cast products for defects and ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Record production data and maintain accurate documentation.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to meet production targets.
• Adhere to health and safety guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Relevant vocational training or certification in casting operations desirable

Experience

• Prior experience in operating casting machinery or similar industrial equipment required.
