Job Description

We are on the lookout for an enthusiastic Department Store Salesperson to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, understanding product features, and effectively handling transactions to enhance the overall shopping experience.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers to provide tailored shopping experiences.
  • Demonstrate product features to enhance customer interest.
  • Manage the point of sale (POS) systems for transactions.
  • Ensure the sales floor is tidy, stocked, and appealing.
  • Handle customer inquiries and feedback proficiently.
  • Participate in promotional events to drive sales.
  • Assist with training new employees on customer service standards.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
Experience
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in retail sales or customer service
Technical Skills
