Job Description

The District Manager will oversee the operations of several stores in the Bristol area, ensuring that sales targets are achieved through effective management of store managers. This role includes implementing company policies and strategies to drive sales and improve operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Set clear performance expectations for store managers.
  • Support store manager recruitment and development.
  • Regularly evaluate store performance and implement corrective actions.
  • Encourage community involvement and engagement in stores.
  • Facilitate communication between management and store teams.
  • Develop contingency plans to address operational disruptions.
  • Advise on budget parameters and financial targets.
  • Promote store events to enhance brand visibility.

Requirements

Education
  • Master's degree is a plus
