Job Description

Join our dynamic team as a Dye-Tub Operator, where you will oversee the dyeing process of textile fabrics, ensuring precise colour matching and adherence to quality benchmarks.

Responsibilities

  • Operate and manage dyeing machines ensuring compliance with operational protocols.
  • Prepare dye solutions and chemicals according to required specifications.
  • Load and unload textile materials into dyeing machinery following all safety practices.
  • Adjust controls and parameters on the dyeing machines to achieve optimal results.
  • Conduct routine checks and quality inspections during the dyeing process.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues during production as needed.
  • Keep work areas clean and organized, adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with production supervisors and quality control personnel.
  • Engage in continuous learning to enhance skills and contribute to process improvements.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Certification in dyeing technology or textile science is preferred
Experience
  • Experience in a textile dyeing environment will be an advantage.
Technical Skills
  • Knowledge of dyeing processes
