Job Description

Join our innovative cybersecurity team in Leeds as a Cybersecurity Consultant! This role involves collaborating with clients to evaluate their security measures, recommend improvements, and implement effective strategies to mitigate risks and protect sensitive information.

Responsibilities

• Identify security weaknesses through comprehensive audits.
• Execute cybersecurity frameworks and controls to safeguard systems.
• Assist clients in developing security policies and incident response plans.
• Collaborate with external partners to enhance cybersecurity protocols.
• Educate clients on emerging threats and preventive measures.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop risk management strategies.
• Monitor security incidents and coordinate response activities.
• Generate reports on security posture and compliance status.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
• Further education or certifications in cybersecurity is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of industry experience in a cybersecurity role
