Job Description

The Network Professional (CCNP) will be responsible for the entire lifecycle of computer networks within the organization. This involves designing, implementing, and maintaining network systems while ensuring optimal performance and security. The ideal candidate will work closely with IT teams and end-users, understanding their needs to ensure seamless network operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the design and deployment of network solutions.
• Evaluate and mitigate network security risks.
• Support and maintain firewalls and other security appliances.
• Utilize network monitoring tools to ensure performance and uptime.
• Assist in planning and executing network upgrades and expansions.
• Work on capacity planning and optimization strategies.
• Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments.
• Develop and maintain SOPs for network operations.
• Provide mentorship and support to junior staff.
• Engage with stakeholders to understand network requirements.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• Master's degree in a relevant field is advantageous

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in network administration and support

Technical Skills

• Network Security
• LAN/WAN Technologies
• Cloud Networking

Soft Skills

• Customer Service Orientation
• Time Management

Certifications

• Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert (CCIE) is a plus

Languages

• English: Fluent
