We are seeking a passionate Bilingual Teacher to join our team in Oldham. Responsibilities

• Execute lesson plans that facilitate language learning effectively.
• Monitor student progress through various assessment methods.
• Design and implement engaging teaching materials tailored to student needs.
• Promote cross-cultural understanding in the classroom.
• Engage in continuous professional learning to enhance teaching practice.
• Provide mentorship to less experienced staff and teaching assistants.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve student engagement.
• Participate in school events and promote language learning initiatives.
• Assist in curriculum development and revisions.
• Maintain effective communication with the school community.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Education or a related field is preferred
• Additional teaching certifications are a plus

Experience

• At least 3 years of experience in teaching diverse classrooms
