Job Description

As an Advocate, you will represent clients in legal proceedings, offering expert advice and negotiating settlements to achieve the best outcomes for your clients. This is a role that demands strong advocacy skills, a solid understanding of the law, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.

Responsibilities

• Advocate on behalf of clients in legal proceedings.
• Draft legal documents and prepare case materials.
• Assess and analyse complex legal issues.
• Collaborate with solicitors and other legal professionals to build cases.
• Maintain confidentiality and protect client information.
• Engage with stakeholders and maintain client relationships.
• Assist in the development of legal strategies for clients.
• Facilitate communication with external legal agencies and partners.

Requirements

Education

• LLB (Bachelor of Laws) or equivalent qualification
• Postgraduate qualifications in law preferred

Experience

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in legal advocacy roles
