Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Contracts Analyst to assess and manage contracts ensuring adherence to compliance regulations. The selected candidate will play a pivotal role in the development, negotiation, and execution of contracts, working closely with various stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Investigate and resolve compliance issues related to contracts.
  • Assist in training staff on compliance requirements and best practices.
  • Develop templates and standard forms for contract management.
  • Collaborate with project teams to embed compliance into delivery processes.
  • Ensure accurate record-keeping and documentation for all contractual agreements.
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of contract compliance processes.
  • Engage in continuous professional development to enhance compliance knowledge.
  • Act as a point of contact for compliance-related queries.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Law, Finance, or a related field
  • Postgraduate qualification in Compliance is advantageous
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in compliance or contract analysis
