Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Microsystems Engineer responsible for the development, maintenance, and support of our IT systems and infrastructure. The ideal candidate will be skilled in collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure optimal system performance and security.

Responsibilities

  • Implement security measures to safeguard the infrastructure.
  • Work closely with software development teams to integrate systems.
  • Monitor application performance and make necessary adjustments.
  • Assist in disaster recovery planning and execution.
  • Document all system changes and updates for compliance.
  • Collaborate on system design to enhance scalability.
  • Lead training workshops for staff on new systems.
  • Support user acceptance testing for system upgrades.
  • Regularly review system performance metrics and suggest improvements.
  • Stay current with emerging technologies relevant to the systems.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Master's degree is advantageous
Experience
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in systems engineering or related role
