Job Description

The Foam Rubber Molder will play a crucial role in the manufacturing of foam rubber products. Candidates need to be hands-on, operating specialized machinery while ensuring the quality and consistency of product output. Attention to detail is essential, alongside the capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Set up and adjust machinery for production runs as per specifications.
• Conduct quality checks throughout production cycles to ensure conformance.
• Assist in maintaining an organized workspace and keep production areas clean.
• Liaise with quality control inspectors to resolve product quality issues.
• Implement lean manufacturing principles to improve efficiency.
• Monitor inventory levels of raw materials and report shortages.
• Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Previous experience in manufacturing or production roles is preferred but not required; on-the-job training will be provided.
