Job Description

As a Manufacturing Process Manager at Tech Innovations Inc., you will be responsible for enhancing our manufacturing processes, focusing on efficiency, safety, and quality. We are looking for a proactive leader with a background in engineering and production management.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the entire production process and manage a team of operators.
  • Identify areas for improvement in production workflow and efficiency.
  • Ensure that all manufacturing processes comply with quality standards.
  • Develop training materials and conduct workshops for team skill enhancement.
  • Review and revise standard operating procedures to align with best practices.
  • Analyse production data and trends to forecast future demands and align resources accordingly.
  • Work closely with supply chain teams to ensure the availability of materials.
  • Conduct root cause analysis for any production failures and implement corrective actions.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and safety awareness among team members.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering or related field
  • Master's degree or MBA is a plus
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing leadership role
