Job Description

The Outbound Operator will be responsible for coordinating and dispatching outbound shipments for our company. The ideal candidate will have experience in logistics operations and customer service, possess strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You will oversee the logistics process to ensure timely and accurate deliveries while maintaining customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Manage all aspects of outbound shipment coordination and dispatch.
  • Verify documentation for accuracy before dispatch.
  • Liaise with logistics partners to ensure cost-effective delivery.
  • Track shipments and provide updates to management.
  • Offer expert customer service to maintain client relationships.
  • Assist with logistics planning and strategy development.
  • Prepare reports on shipment activities and performance metrics.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
Experience
  • 2+ years of experience in logistics operations or a related field
