Job Description

As a Driver/Sales Worker, you will be primarily responsible for delivering products and packages promptly while offering exceptional customer service. You will manage your own schedule to ensure timely deliveries.

Responsibilities

• Deliver items to customers while ensuring the highest standard of service.
• Report any delivery issues to management immediately.
• Maintain the delivery vehicle in good condition.
• Communicate effectively with customers and team members.
• Assist in loading and unloading of goods as needed.
• Keep an accurate log of mileage and fuel usage.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Familiarity with local routes and areas is a plus

Technical Skills

• Proficient in delivery tracking software
• Basic mechanical skills

Soft Skills

• Customer service skills
• Flexibility and reliability

Certifications

• Valid UK driver's license

Languages

• English: Fluent
