As a Supply Chain Operations Manager, you will oversee the complete supply chain process, ensuring optimal efficiency and productivity across all operations. Your role will be pivotal in enhancing performance metrics and driving cost-effective solutions.

Responsibilities

• Direct the complete supply chain process, identifying areas for improvement.
• Formulate and execute logistics strategies that increase profitability.
• Evaluate vendor performance and drive continuous improvement.
• Provide leadership and guidance to the supply chain team.
• Manage risk and ensure business continuity plans are in place.
• Develop budgetary guidelines for supply chain operations.
• Facilitate training programs for staff to enhance operational efficiency.
• Utilize data analytics to inform supply chain decisions.
• Collaborate with sales teams to manage customer expectations.
• Be a champion for sustainability by implementing eco-friendly practices.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Management, or a related field
• Master's degree would be an asset

Experience

• At least 5 years of relevant experience in supply chain roles
