Job Description

As a Logistics Project Leader, you will be at the helm of our logistics initiatives, managing projects from conception to execution. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to develop effective strategies, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of services.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee end-to-end logistics projects, ensuring effective delivery of services.
  • Facilitate the integration of logistics processes with key stakeholders.
  • Monitor project risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
  • Ensure optimal resource allocation and workforce management.
  • Engage in continuous improvement initiatives to streamline logistics operations.
  • Maintain relationships with suppliers for cost-effective procurement.
  • Train and mentor team members on best logistics practices.
  • Utilize data analytics to drive decision-making and efficiency.
  • Report project outcomes to senior management for review.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or related field
  • Master’s degree preferred

  • 5+ years of experience in logistics or supply chain management
