Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Shoe Machine Operator to join our talented team at Sole Blacker. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining shoe-making machinery, ensuring precision and quality in every product.

Responsibilities

• Master the operation of multiple shoe manufacturing machines.
• Regularly check machinery for performance issues and carry out repairs as needed.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss production goals and improvements.
• Assist in managing stock levels of materials required for production.
• Ensure compliance with quality control standards.
• Help maintain a well-organized workspace.
• Engage in continuous training and skill development opportunities.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Certification in footwear technology or manufacturing is a plus

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in a relevant manufacturing role

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous
