Job Description

As the Manufacturing Process Lead, you will oversee and drive improvements in our manufacturing processes, ensuring the highest levels of efficiency and quality. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in process engineering and a passion for innovation.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the integration of new manufacturing technologies into existing processes.
  • Facilitate continuous improvement workshops and Kaizen events.
  • Develop a culture of quality throughout the manufacturing process.
  • Lead root cause analysis for production issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with R&D to streamline product design for manufacturability.
  • Engage with stakeholders to align on process improvement goals and objectives.
  • Utilize data analytics to drive decision-making and process enhancements.
  • Support sustainability initiatives within manufacturing operations.
  • Manage budgetary aspects of process improvement projects.
  • Act as a mentor to junior engineers and technicians.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
  • Master's degree in Industrial Engineering is advantageous
Experience
  • 7+ years of experience in manufacturing settings
