Machine Feeders and Offbearers

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Machine Feeder and Offbearer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining machinery, managing inventory of raw materials, and ensuring the safe handling of chemicals in our laboratory.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.
• Record production data and report any discrepancies to supervisors.
• Assist in training new staff members on machinery and safety procedures.
• Participate in safety audits and meetings as required.
• Liaise with external stakeholders for delivery and compliance checks.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Relevant certifications such as NEBOSH is advantageous

Experience

• 1-2 years of experience in chemical handling or laboratory assistance.

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous
