Job Description

As a Hand Inserter Operator, you will play a vital role in our production team. Your primary responsibility will be manually inserting various materials, such as flyers and brochures, into products with precision and efficiency. You will follow specific instructions to ensure accuracy and maintain high standards of quality throughout the production process.

Responsibilities

• Insert various materials into products with a high attention to detail.
• Operate and monitor hand insertion machines to ensure quality.
• Follow strict guidelines to achieve production targets without compromising on standards.
• Conduct quality inspections and troubleshoot any issues in the production line.
• Document daily activities and maintain production records accurately.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within the production team.
• Maintain hygiene and safety standards throughout the work area.
• Assist in the onboarding of new operators by sharing best practices.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Experience

• Experience in a printing or packaging environment is advantageous.

Technical Skills

• Basic computer literacy
• Problem-solving skills

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Ability to operate related machinery or equipment: Experience with machinery used in manual assembly.
• Additional qualifications in a relevant field: Possessing certificates or training in manufacturing practices.
