Job Description

As a Textile Machine Operator, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining textile machinery. You will work closely with a team to ensure smooth production processes while adhering to safety regulations and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Ensure machines are properly set up to meet production targets and specifications.
• Conduct quality checks on end products to maintain high standards.
• Respond swiftly to any machine malfunctions or irregularities.
• Assist colleagues with machine operations as required.
• Keep the work area clean and organized at all times.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss production improvements.
• Maintain accurate records of production volumes and wastage.
• Support management with production planning as needed.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Technical degree in textiles or manufacturing

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment
