Job Description

We are currently looking for a detail-oriented Cutting and Slicing Machine Setter, Operator, and Tender to join our production team in Birmingham. In this role, you will be responsible for operating guillotine machines to trim various materials precisely, ensuring efficiency and quality in our manufacturing process.

Responsibilities

• Follow detailed process instructions for material trimming.
• Keep up with production targets and deadlines.
• Review production plans and ensure timely material availability.
• Ensure compliance with quality assurance standards.
• Maintain accurate records of production output.

Requirements

Education

• Vocational training or certificates in a related field is preferred

Experience

• Proven experience in a manufacturing environment is an advantage

Technical Skills

• Knowledge of safety protocols
• Experience with quality control processes

Soft Skills

• Effective communication
• Adaptability

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous
