Shoe Machine Operator and Tender

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Shoe Machine Operator and Tender to join our production team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining various shoe-making machines, ensuring high standards of quality and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Operate various shoe production machines efficiently.
• Maintain accurate records of machine operations.
• Conduct quality checks throughout the production process.
• Support troubleshooting of machine problems.
• Work collaboratively with the quality control team.
• Ensure all materials are handled and stored correctly.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss production updates.
• Assure machines are cleaned and serviced regularly.
• Assist in packing and preparing products for dispatch.

Requirements

Education

• Technical qualification in textile or manufacturing field preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in footwear manufacturing

• Forklift Operation Certification
