Responsibilities

• Develop intricate patterns using computer-aided design software.
• Produce high-quality Jacquard plates using state-of-the-art machinery.
• Work closely with the design team to bring creative visions to life.
• Ensure the accuracy and quality of production processes.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and resolve production hitches.
• Assist in training new staff on machinery and processes.
