Quality Control Systems Manager

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Quality Control Systems Manager to develop and maintain our quality management systems. The successful candidate will ensure compliance with regulatory standards while driving continuous improvement and implementing effective quality management strategies.

Responsibilities

• Establish and implement quality management principles and methodologies across the organization.
• Lead process improvement projects utilizing Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Engage with product development teams to integrate quality standards from the outset.
• Ensure compliance with ISO standards and other relevant certifications.
• Prepare and manage the quality budgets and resource allocations.
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions focused on quality improvement.
• Perform root cause analysis on quality failures and implement corrective actions.
• Prepare detailed quality reports for senior management and stakeholders.
• Maintain records of quality inspections and audits for compliance purposes.
• Actively participate in product design reviews to ensure quality considerations are included.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Quality Assurance or related field
• Professional certifications in quality management are a plus

Experience

• 8+ years of experience in quality assurance within the manufacturing sector.
