Job Description

As a Quality Assurance Analyst at Tech Innovations Inc., you'll play a vital role in ensuring the high quality of our software products. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve issues, ultimately improving user satisfaction and software reliability.

Responsibilities

• Provide feedback to the development team on product quality and improvements.
• Maintain testing documentation including test cases and logs.
• Assist in troubleshooting issues and perform root cause analysis.
• Participate in sprint planning and meetings to provide testing estimates.
• Mentor junior QA team members as needed.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in a relevant field is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in quality assurance with an emphasis on automated testing
