Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Nurse to join our dedicated team in Oxford. The ideal candidate will deliver high-quality patient care, work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team and contribute to improving patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs, formulate nursing diagnoses, and plan patient care.
• Provide emotional support to patients and families during treatment.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory policies and standards.
• Conduct nursing rounds to evaluate patient needs and satisfaction.
• Work with social services to coordinate care for discharged patients.
• Participate in training sessions for continuing education.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment in accordance with health regulations.

Requirements

Education

• Registered Nurse (RN) qualification
• Advanced Practice Nurse (APN) qualification is a plus

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in a healthcare facility

• Patient Care Management
• Healthcare Technology Proficiency

Certifications

• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)

Languages

• English: Fluent
