Job Description

As an Extruding, Forming, Pressing, and Compacting Machine Setter, you will play a crucial role in our production line by operating and maintaining various screen printing machines. This position is essential to ensure quality and efficiency in our manufacturing process.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate machinery for extruding and forming processes
• Inspect machinery to ensure proper functionality and safety
• Adjust machine settings as required for different production runs
• Train junior operators on machinery operation and safety standards
• Assist in inventory management of supplies and materials
• Report any mechanical issues to the maintenance team immediately
• Document production runs and report on performance metrics
• Engage in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency
• Conduct safety checks and ensure compliance with regulations
• Support other production staff as needed

Requirements

Education

• No specific qualifications required, but formal training in screen printing or a related field is preferred

Experience

• Minimum 1 year of experience in screen handling or related roles
